To brystøvelser i fullbody

Hej folkens

Lige et hurtigt spørgsmål.

Jeg kører et fullbodyprogram to-tre gange ugentligt med to deciderede brystøvelser, flyers og bænkpress. Bænk køres som regel med dumbbell, når jeg træner alene. Jeg tager tre sæt af hver.

Er det nødvendigt eller optimalt at køre to øvelser, der jo i bund og grund begge rammer pectoralis major, i samme træningspas?
