Ville lige høre om hvor mange øvelser man skal/kan man køre i et HST program, træner selv fullbody to gange om ugen med ca 4-6 øvelser pr gang.

8-12 øvelser vil nok være passende. Bodybuilding.com har lavet et fornuftigt HST program med følgende øvelser:

Squat

Bench Press

Stiff Legged Deadlift

Bent Over BB Rows

Seated Shoulder Press

EZ Bar Curls

Lying Tricep Extensions

Standing Calf Raise
