Strandrider Posted March 27, 2020 Report Share Posted March 27, 2020 Jeg kan jo udmærket google mig frem til, at en oksecuvette har omkring 15,5 procent fedt, men har nogen et kvalificeret bud på, hvor langt fedtprocenten (og dermed også kcal) kommer ned, hvis man trimmer fedtet (på toppen) af?
