Onkel Troels Posted October 15, 2012 Report Share Posted October 15, 2012 Min erfaring siger mig at dragon flags river mest i de øvre mavemuller, men ab wheel river super godt i de nedre.Men lad nu være med at lave 17forskellige maveøvelser hver gang.
