Så kan jeg ikke andet end, afsky nybegyndere, der smider for meget vægt på. Jeg kan ikke andet hade at, se dem lave quatersquats, og så tro at, de er stærke. Jeg er dog glad for at, jeg til forskel fra så mange andre, fra starten havde nogen gode kilder til viden. Jeg har altid kørt fullbody. Jeg har aldrig brugt forced reps og vægtløftningsbelte. Jeg har heller ikke haft nogen partner til at, assister mig i bænkpressen. Jeg har altid trænet mine lægmuskler. Det er godt at du aldrig bruger tunge vægte.
