Ved chinup, støtter jeg en del af min vægt, med en bænk. Det er helt klart, at jeg ikke er bygget til den øvelse. Ikke nok med, at jeg har lange arme, så er jeg for tung. Så jeg skal ikke regne med, at blive god til denne øvelse. Men problemet ligger både i, at jeg fra naturens side er tung og at mine lange arme, forøger rom en del mere, end hvis jeg havde kortere arme.Pointen er at du kan gøre noget ved din vægt - hvis du virkelig vil.Du kan ikke ændre længden på dine arme. I ovenstående sætning lyder det som om det ene skal dække over det andet. Vi er alle bygget lidt forskellige og har hver vores fordele og ulemper. Dette er for at ungå, de gange hvor jeg trænede ben, og så føltes det som om, at mit skridt blev mast, når inderlåret blev større. Men desværre var jeg nød til at, smide mine badeshorts ud. Torsdag d.25/3Hvor jeg dog hader de dage, hvor hvor der er mange som træner. Da dip tillader mig at, have en større rom og dermed større stimulation. Det der giver ingen mening. Det er 2 forskellige øvelser, der primært træner forskellige muskler. christianspoer Posted April 10, 2010 Report Share Posted April 10, 2010 Begge to stimulere samme primert de samme muskelgrupper nemlig bryst, triceps og forreste skulder.Bænkpres er primært brystmuskler, dips er primært triceps. De hver i sær rammer sekundært også andre muskler. Men du kan ikke sige, at de to øvelser primært rammer de samme muskler.
