Jeg træner ikke for at kommer til at se pumpet ud, men for at få en stærk krop, der ser pæn ud.

Har desværre ikke mulighed for chin-ups.

Træner et par gange i ugen. Alle øvelser køres med 1*8 + 3*6 undtagen mave, som køres med 4*12
